Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Please review our shipping policy for important details regarding processing and shipping times.

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 7 business days of receipt of payment. Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
• We ship orders once a week, on Thursday.
• If you place an order after our weekly shipment date, your order will be processed and shipped the following week. Cut off time for orders shipped on Thursday postage is Wednesday 12pm! Anything following this is to be processed within the next 7 days.

Shipping Time:

• After your order is processed, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery location.

Order Confirmation:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information to help you follow your package’s progress.

Important Notes:

• Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information.
• If you have any questions or concerns about your order status, please feel free to contact us hello@beneficialbasicsskincare.com.au with your order number.
• We are responsible for ensuring that your order is shipped correctly and within our stated processing times. However, we are not liable for issues caused by a third-party courier or Australia Post after the package leaves our facility, including delays and lost items. Please see our refund policy in regard to damaged items.
• We are committed to assisting you throughout the process, whether that involves helping you track your package, initiating a claim with the courier, or offering any other support needed.
