Magnesium Chloride: Helping soothe tired and sore muscles; magnesium is essential for muscle function.  May help improve the quality of sleep and reduce symptoms of insomnia by relaxing both the body and mind. Aiding in improving mood quality and brain fog. 

Distilled Water: Providing hydration, so that the magnesium Chloride doesn't dry out the skin during absorption time. Acts as a gentle carrier, assisting in spreading the magnesium chloride more evenly across the skin surface. Whilst having gone through the distillation process, to remove any impurities.

Some people may feel a tingly sensation from application, provided this doesn't continue as a discomfort it will ease off. If the sensation becomes too uncomfortable, immediately wash off with cool clean water.

After 20mins gently wash to wipe of the spray residue and moisturize the area to lock in moisture.
