Distilled Water: Providing hydration, so that the magnesium Chloride doesn't dry out the skin during absorption time. Acts as a gentle carrier, assisting in spreading the magnesium chloride more evenly across the skin surface. Whilst having gone through the distillation process, to remove any impurities.

Use as part of your nightly ritual and take a moment for yourself.

Some people may feel a tingly sensation from application, provided this doesn't continue as a discomfort it will ease off. If the sensation becomes too uncomfortable or lessen, immediately wash off with cool clean water.

After 20mins gently wash to wipe of the spray residue and moisturize the area to lock in moisture.
